A brick and stone structure housing two fountains inset into the brickwork with two stone arches. Built to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887, it supplied water through two individual faucets. The left-hand side was used to fill buckets, etc. The right-hand side is fitted with a bowl for drinking water. The top of the structure is topped with stone cornicing and the brick piers are topped wth stone spheres mounted on stone plinths.

a stone plaque centred across the top of the monument and inset into the brickwork is inscribed: 1837 ERECTED IN COMMEMORATE THE GOLDEN 1887 / JUBILEE OF QUEEN VICTORIA; centred and inset into the brickwork is a stone square plaque encompassing a circle with embossed lettering showing 1887 and two entwined letter W's
