A drinking fountain with railings, a stone pylon with gable top and corner acroteria. A marble bowl is attached to the north side with a bronze lion's head spout above and step with plinth inscribed. Iron railings approximately 5 feet high extend to the east and west, encircling the fountain on the south side. The railings to the north sit upon a rubblestone plinth and extend approximately 20 feet across the front of the fountain.

inscribed in Granite: Presented to the Parish of Esher by Queen Victoria 1877; plaque: THIS FOUNTAIN OCCUPIES THE / SITE OF A PUMP GIVEN TO THE / VILLAGE BY THE MUNIFICENCE / OF H.R.H., THE COMPTE DE PARIS / ON HIS MARRIAGE WITH THE / INFANTA OF SPAIN . AD.1864 / IN THE YEAR 1876, THE WATER / SUPPLIED BY THE PUMP WAS / DECLARED BY THE SANITARY / AUTHORITY TO BE IMPURE AND / UNFIT FOR USE AND THE PUMP / WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REMOVED.
