A series of six way markers consisting of a low metal column with a circular metal plaque on top. The outer aspect of the plaque is decorated with a large oyster shell motif. In the centre is set a granite circle with incised letters representing a different fish recipe on each marker. This is designed so that rubbings can be taken of the recipes. The markers run along the river walkway. The work was made with the assistance of Littlehampton Community School.
