The ‘Over the Weir’ bridge is along the three-and-a-half-mile River Stort Sculpture Trail which has four free-standing sculptures. Both artists are resident at the Parndon Mill studios. Funded through government regeneration money, the project was a collaboration between Harlow Council, Parndon Mill, British Waterways, Groundworks and the Department for Communities and Local Government.
