A standing statue of Nat Lofthouse, a renowned footballer from the Bolton Wanderers team. Depicted walking with a ball in his hands and widely regarded as Bolton Wanderers' greatest ever player, Nat Lofthouse spent 14 years at the club and scored 255 goals. He was nicknamed the 'Lion of Vienna' for his battling performance for England against Austria in 1952 and scored both goals in the final when the Whites won the FA Cup in 1958.
