A twice life-size depiction of the aged Queen in full royal regalia with orb and sceptre. Made from a brown bronze with finely detailed patterns on her robes, the whole is a very imposing composition, contrasting with the pedestal's white stone. On either side of the statue are black-painted figurative lamp holders, in the form of female nudes representing night and day, on top of pedestals which bear recent inscriptions.
