Bronze resin sculpture of the geologists Benjamin Peach (seated on a stone bench) and John Horne (standing) posed as if in conversation. The geologists' research proved that the oldest rocks were actually visible at the surface and the younger rock strata lay below. due to tectonic movement. Rocks inscribed with geological terms are set into the ground in front of the statues. A multi-lingual audio recording explains the geological discovery.
