This was part of a project commissioned with support from the Royal Infirmary Arts Committee and managed by Ginkgo Projects Ltd. This work is one of a series of three. The Artist asked staff and visitors to the Hospital to describe milestones on their journey. Stones incorporated into the project were brought by staff to the Infirmary from various locations across Scotland. The Artist wanted to identify something which would mark the Royal Infirmary as a central point in a living web of tracked movements.
