An over-sized three-tiered hat headpiece made from lightweight material, with a crowned plastic skull situated on top and eight more (without crowns) situated at intervals on tiers, all of which have red metallic sequins in eye sockets. The hat is covered with cardboard and textile, with the brim and tiers decorated with black fringe.
