A depiction of the Virgin Mary and Child, with the infant Saint John. Above the sculpture is a canopy which is supported by two Tuscan Doric columns. Inset into the limestone slab in front of the sculpture are lead figures of soldiers and sailors from the First World War, with the inscription 'PAVLINE' in Roman capitals. It is a memorial to Mrs. Almeric Paget in Hertingfordbury Churchyard, Hertfordshire.
