This painting was commissioned in 2007 to celebrate the life of Claire Savage (née Mason) who died suddenly. Claire worked at the Town Hall and the painting shows a variety of areas in Barrow that Claire worked on or which had personal significance for her. It depicts Piel and Roa Islands, St Mary's Church, Jubilee Bridge and boat race, the Town Hall clock tower, the old fire station, Biggar Bank, Earnse Bay and Sandy Gap, the Round House and Walney School.
