A high relief carving surrounding an oval window in pediment on west face of King William's Block. It depicts a winged lion on the left of the window and a unicorn on the right, with front legs and horn projecting further than other carving. Below the window are two stylised dolphins next to stylised foliage in the middle. There are four cherubs represent the four winds; two are in the corners of the arced pediment, blowing out with puffed cheeks, two face outwards above the window, and there other sea creatures and marine symbols.
