Landscape - A Sketch This small landscape by the Rev. I. Thomson is from the collection of that artist's pictures - the property of Mr. George White of Glasgow sold by C.B. Tait & Co. Edinburgh , on the 15th March 1845. Mr. White was an intimate friend of Mr.Thomson's, and when the 50 pictures forming the above collection, were on exhibition in Tait's Sale Room, they were visited by the widow of the Artist and pronounced by that lady to be the genuine works of her late husband.
