A lamp standard made in 1887 for Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee and restored in 1977. It is on a stone plinth, cast-iron with copper lanterns. The large base rises to a bowl now filled with concrete that used to be a drinking fountain. From the centre rises a standard that has five branches to five lanterns.
