Built into a mini golf course are six carved stone monoliths representing local landmarks including the Market Cross, Witham Hall, Bowes Museum, Egglestone Abbey, County Bridge, and the Castle. The remaining three holes depict the River Tees, Hills and Dale and the Forces of Teesdale, representing ‘A Journey through Teesdale’.

The course was designed and constructed by Urban Crazy (Mobile) Ltd, while Phil Townsend of Eggleston designed and created the six carved stone features. Each stone sculpture is carved on the front, with a ceramic tile on the reverse depicting the local scene and the title.
