A nude figure of Christ with articulated arms and painted wounds. The figure is supported by four posts (two original and two replaced), around which a cloth skirt (gessoed and painted) has been stretched. The figure has a braided leather thong crown and arms articulated to allow it to grasp a column (missing). The work depicts Christ during his suffering. Bultos (representations of saints carved in wood) of this image play an important part in the re-enactment of events of the Passion during Holy Week.
