The subject is shown standing with his legs apart, hatted, his left hand holding papers close to his chest, and with his right hand a walking stick held away from his body. The figure is set upon a small plinth, all upon two inscribed pedestal blocks that are square in plan. The higher block is smaller, with a plain block below.
