Twenty-seven panels in low relief, nine on each elevation, representing human progress of transport. Each group of nine panels begins with an abstract design and then proceeds with a historical sequence concluding with the most modern. The panels on the Market Street elevation represent progress in water transport. The panels on West street represent progress in airborne transport. The panels on Corporation Street represent the progress of transport on land.
