An abstract human form looking out over the Kilbrannan Sound to Arran. It is one of five life-sized figures, together known as 'Land', originally commissioned by the Landmark Trust to mark their 50th anniversary in 2015. The figures were placed at Landmark Trust sites around the United Kingdom and the Saddell sculpture is the only one in Scotland. They were due to have been moved in May 2016, but the Saddell sculpture was bought by a benefactor and now has a permanent home here on the beach.
