Two teenage brothers, Najahf and Salim, are concentrating intently on the video game 'Gran Turismo'. This game, first released in the late 1990s, closely simulates the sensation of driving fast racing cars and is very much a boys' game. It was a typical Sunday afternoon's entertainment when they visited their grandmother in Enfield, North London. She is curled up on the sofa beside them, deep in thought. Although she loved their visits, the generation and gender gap is clearly apparent.
