This sculptural relief in homage to The Beatles stands on the upper wall opposite 'The Cavern'. The original work depicted a Madonna, representing Liverpool, holding three babies, symbolising John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Star. An additional fourth baby with wings, representing Paul McCartney, was located alongside but stolen in 1975 (turning up 30 years later). After the death of John Lennon (1940–1980) an addition was made of a new baby and a guitar, with the text 'Lennon Lives' above.
