Three curling fronds representing a gush of water, rise out the ground in different directions, lifting a three dimensional model of the nearby library. Steve Joyce explains, 'the main inspiration for this two-part sculpture is the idea of a large underground reservoir of hidden and untapped knowledge and information that majestically bursts up through the ground, like a geyser or fire hydrant, and takes the diminutive library building with it'.
