The idea for this sculpture, which was unveiled in 1998, came from William Farrell in 1997, then a 17-year-old Coventry schoolboy. The idea was then developed by the sculptor Andrew Dwyer and was constructed by Andrew Langley's company, Art Fabrications, which is based in Fenny Drayton, Nuneaton.
