A still life depicting pottery; one large vase in the centre which is a variety of splashes of colour, and a reflection of light on it which indicates its shiny surface. There is a smaller blue vase beside it which sits on a wooden stand. An asian-looking statuette of a robed, male, seated figure sits beside the two. An indistinct, blue-patterned fabric hangs behind the group, and the edge of a wooden palette with paint on it is visible in the right corner.
