A freestanding Gothic style arched gateway leads to the Campsie churchyard and cemetery. The structure has a large arched opening in the centre and a small pedestrian arch to the left (when viewed facing the front elevation). To either side of the main arch are decorative projecting caved stone buttresses, surmounted with carved stone pinnacles inset with stone plaques incised with the First World War roll of honour. To the left of the pedestrian arch is a smaller, less decorative buttress and bronze plaque with the Second War World roll of honour. Above the main arch is a relief carved inscription, and to either side are stone carved angels. Mounted on the top of the structure is a stone carved decorative cross. There are decorative iron gates to both arched openings.
