Siambr gladdu Neolithig (4,000–2,500 CC) yw Bryn yr Hen Bobl, sydd wedi'i lleoli ar dir preifat yn agos i Plas Newydd ar arfordir de-ddwyrain Ynys Môn. Mae’r enw’n awgrymu gorffennol hynafol ac mae cloddiadau wedi darganfod esgyrn dynol cynhanesyddol yn y siambr. Ar ôl ymddeol o'i swydd ddysgu, bu Kyffin yn byw ar ran o ystâd Plas Newydd, gan rentu bwthyn ar lan yr Afon Menai oddi wrth Ardalydd Môn, nid nepell o'r safle cenedlaethol pwysig hwn. Fel y gwelir yn yr astudiaeth maes dyfrlliw hon, mae coeden dderw fawr bellach yn coroni’r heneb hynafol. Bryn yr Hen Bobl is a Neolithic (4,000–2,500 BC) burial chamber, located on private land close to Plas Newydd on Anglesey’s south-east coast. The name, which means ‘The Hill of the Old People’, suggests an ancient past and excavations discovered prehistoric human bones within the chamber.
