This painting of Barrow Town Hall by local artist Graham Twyford, is part of a series of paintings, including 'Askam-in-Furness' by Bill Bell, 'Triptych' by Christine Isherwood, 'Ramsden Square' by Ron Moon, and 'Dalton Castle and 'The Cavendish' by Jamie West, commissioned by Barrow Borough Council to commemorate the centenary of the Town Hall in 1987. This work is pastel with some acrylic underpainting.
