This pencil illustration represents four Scouts manipulating a catapult, and they are ready to fire a big arrow. On the arrow, there is another Scout who holds it tight. There is the inscription 'GREETINGS' on the bottom of the catapult, and the inscription 'JAMBOREE' on the arrow. On the top left side, there is the following text, 'We sent you the Golden Arrow in Goodwill and Peace'. On the bottom right corner, there are the initials 'B. P.'.
