Painted cast iron fountain commemorating the reign of Queen Victoria. The fountain is mounted on an octagonal concrete base with two steps. There are four decorative lion heads on the pedestal supporting the quatrefoil-shaped fountain basin, which is decorated with foliate and floral relief. The basin is topped with a splayed pedestal decorated with foliage and birds (swans and herons) and a large urn. It is no longer functioning as a fountain.
