Details of the ceiling decoration at the Ducal Palace, Mantua. Two large blue and gold sections of the ceiling have been reproduced here along with a gold plaque. The ceiling decoration and the plaque both have lettering, the top left being 'ISABELLA ESTEN MAR M' and of the plaque 'ISAB ESTEN MAR MAN.' There are notes made in pencil at the bottom of the page, and at the left the Ducal palace is described as being the 'Palace of the Gonzagas.'
