Built in a mock Renaissance style in brick with two large bay windows at first and second floor. These are decorated with grotesque stucco decoration popular from the 1890s through to 1914. The main panel on the left window, between the floors, shows a bowl of fruit framed by seahorses; that to the right shows three bull rushes and a seashell framed by two swans.
