A clock tower dressed with ashlar (finely dressed stone) blocks and white marble inscription panels with lead letters. There is an oak door to the rear which gives access to the inside. It has wrought iron dwarf railings with knob topped twist standards and twist rails link the front faces of pilasters. There is a slender, square three staged tower, with three stepped base, angled pilasters, stepped and chamfered plinths and moulded strings.
