Douglas Promenade from the approximate former location of the Rendezvous Café, on the corner of Castle Street and Church Road, looking along Harris and Loch Promenades towards the Jubilee Clock Tower. The view shows several people (predominantly tourists) walking along the promenade. In the background a large plume of smoke is visible from an Isle of Man Steam Packet Company vessel about to depart.
