Sculptor in clay and teacher, born in Birmingham, where she continued to live. She attended Malvern Girls’ College. Later studied at Birmingham College of Art, 1947–52, under Bernard Fleetwood-Walker; at the City and Guilds of London Art School, 1952–4, where her teachers included A R Middleton Todd; and Royal Academy Schools, 1955–6. Showed at RA, NEAC, SGA and RBSA both of which she was a member, and at Paris Salon.
