Portrait and decorative artist, born in Cardiff, who attended Cardiff Technical College, where she won a gold medal for art; at Kensington under Sir Arthur Cope; at the Royal Academy Schools, where she gained a string of medals and prizes; then in Italy and the Netherlands. She was a member of RCamA and SWAS, also showing at RA, National Museum of Wales in Cardiff, Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool, Knoedler Gallery, New York, and Corcoran Gallery in Washington. Lived for a time at Dinas Powis, Glamorgan.
