Sculptor, born in London. He studied fine art at Hammersmith, then Chelsea School of Art. Weller’s first major commission was the Horses of Helios and the Three Graces for the Criterion Building in London’s Haymarket. The work, unveiled in 1992, was cast by The Morris Singer Foundry, in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
