Watercolourist, born in Malton, Yorkshire, who lived finally in the county at Scarborough. After attending King’s College School, London, studied art privately. Showed extensively at RBA, also at RA, Goupil Gallery and elsewhere. Victoria & Albert Museum holds Walker’s work.
