Painter, born in Leeds, Yorkshire, where he studied at the School of Art under Charles Mayne. Todd concentrated on interiors and landscapes of the Yorkshire coastal area. He showed at RBA and in exhibitions throughout his home county and a number of public galleries there, notably Bradford and Leeds, hold his work. Was at one time secretary of the Yorkshire Society of Artists and honorary secretary of the Fylingdales Group of artists. Was also honorary curator of the Pannett Art Gallery in Whitby for a dozen years until his resignation in 1976. Lived at Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby.
