Expressionist and figurative painter in oil on canvas and primed paper whose work stemmed from musical and literary sources. Gained a diploma at the School of Art, Leamington College of Further Education, 1981. Mixed shows included Herbert Art Gallery Open Exhibition from 1983; Solihull Open, 1990; Leamington Open, 1993; and Pacesetters at Peterborough Museum and Art Gallery, 1995. Had a solo show at Rugby Civic Gallery, 1986, later ones including Abbotsholme, Uttoxeter, 1991.
