Tim Renshaw (b.1964)

Painter whose oil on canvas Hotel was included in the John Moores Liverpool Exhibition, 2004. He was born in Brighton, Sussex, where he studied at the College of Art, 1982–3. Renshaw then attended Leeds Metropolitan University, 1983–6, and Chelsea College of Art, 1989–90. He participated in mixed shows, latterly including the Jerwood Prize, 2001, and Painting Degree Zero and Bad Touch, both at Keith Talent Gallery, 2003. In 1994 he had a solo exhibition at Winchester Gallery during his Winchester Fellowship in the Hampshire city.
