Painter and designer, born and lived in Oldham, Lancashire, who studied at the local School of Art. He worked as an industrial designer. Won The Artist international competition, 1972, and was elected to MAFA, 1975. Radford showed at the ROI; City Art Gallery, Colin Jellicoe and Tib Lane Galleries, all Manchester; The Atkinson Art Gallery, Southport; Todmorden Fine Art, Todmorden, and elsewhere. Rochdale, Howarth and Astley Cheetham Galleries and the actor Sir Ian McKellen all held Radford’s work.
