Painter, born in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, educated locally and in France. She studied with Leonard Fuller at the St Ives School of Painting, at St Martin’s School of Art with Archibald Ziegler and with Iain Macnab at Heatherley’s School of Fine Art. She was married to the Reverend A Jessop Price and lived for many years in Kent, latterly in Hythe. Was a member of SWA from 1951, also exhibiting at Bradford City Art Gallery, ROI and elsewhere. In 1957 gained freedom of the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers.
