Painter of portraits, and teacher, born in Belfast. He studied at Heatherley’s School of Fine Art and at the Royal Academy Schools under F E Jackson and Sir Walter Westley Russell. Prior to World War II he was co-principal of the St John’s Wood Art Schools with P F Millard, then by himself. After the war he taught at the same place, by then the Anglo-French Art Centre. Exhibited at RA, RP, LG and NEAC, signing his work E P. In later life Perry took up making stringed instruments, some of which he sold. Lived in London.
