Sculptor, stage designer and film animator, born in Dorset, who attended Heatherley’s School of Fine Art, Bournemouth College of Art and Design and Newport College of Art. He was a creator of witty and original sculptures, exhibited extensively in England and France, and included in Sixteen Sculptors at Sladmore Contemporary, 1997. In 1994, Penny was elected an associate of the RBS. First London solo show at The McHardy Sculpture Company, 2002.
