Abstract painter, born in London, who attended Wimbledon School of Art, 1980–1, then Byam Shaw School of Art, 1990–1; in 1991 he won the Award of Merit for Painting there. Group shows included Eggison Daniel and Whitworth Young Contemporaries, Manchester, both 1991. Had two solo shows with Grabowski Gallery, 1987–8, then from 1992 a series at Le Chat Noir Gallery, which represented him. It described Noga’s pictures as “personal narratives, emotional commentaries on people, places and events … Noga’s paintings are organic in their ability to issue a sense of living, breathing matter.”
