Painter, teacher, playwright, song writer and performer, born in Glasgow. Studied at Glasgow School of Art, 1970–5, doing a postgraduate year in printmaking. In 1980 was given a grant to use Scottish Arts Council studio in Amsterdam, winning a Council Award in 1987. Was a regular exhibitor at SSA, RSA and Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts and had a one-man show at Compass Gallery, Glasgow, in 1986. Produced several record albums of his own words and music and wrote a number of stage plays. Much of Nardini’s work was figures in landscape, with a strong imaginative element. Lived for some time in Hamilton, Lanarkshire.
