Figure painter and illustrator, born in London. Moser was a mature man before he pursued art seriously, studying at St John’s Wood School of Art. He exhibited extensively at RI, of which he was a member, as well as RA, RSA, Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, and Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts. Won a silver medal at Paris Salon in 1922. Moser’s work has a strong emphasis on religious themes. Glasgow Corporation bought his picture Girl in Red. Lived in Bournemouth, Hampshire, later at Rye, Sussex.
