Painter and artist in black-and-white. He studied at Cambridge University in the opening years of the century, then at New Art School with Richard Jack and John Hassall. Between 1911–20 he made four contributions to Punch magazine. Exhibited RA, NEAC, Goupil and Chenil Galleries and Paris Salon. Lived in Chalford, Stroud, Gloucestershire.
