Sculptor, artist and teacher, born in Nottingham. Kiddey came to prominence in the 1930s when he showed frequently at RA and Salon des Beaux-Arts, Paris. In 1932 examples of his work were exhibited at Goupil Gallery alongside pieces by Augustus John, Eric Gill and Picasso. Kiddey taught at a technical college in Newark-on-Trent and much of his work is to be found in the Nottinghamshire area, sometimes sculptures and bas-reliefs on a large scale.
