Artist in mixed media and teacher, born and lived in London. She was married first to the artist Keith Lucas, then to Jack Millar. Izzard studied at Beckenham and Bromley Schools of Art under Carel Weight and Ruskin Spear. She taught at Harrogate and Walthamstow Schools of Art, North-East London Polytechnic and Royal Academy Schools and elsewhere. Izzard showed regularly in RA Summer Exhibitions, also with NEAC, LG, David Paul Gallery in Chichester and Curwen Gallery. Solo shows included Ashgate Gallery in Farnham, Linton Court Gallery, Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Kendal, and Duncan Campbell Fine Art, 2001. Several public authorities hold examples.
